The landmark reshuffle of the Union Council of Ministers on Sunday is not the end of it. To follow now, is a massive rejig of the All India Congress Committee secretariat and sources tell us it's on the cards this week. Congress President Sonia Gandhi is expected to focus her attention to the organisational changes to make the party battle ready ahead of Lok Sabha elections. Speculation is rife on Rahul Gandhi's imminent promotion in the party hierarchy - he could become Working President or at least second in command to Sonia.
