Harish Rawat who has been sworn in as the Minister for Water Resources, in an exclusive chat with NewsX said that Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is the future of India. The much taunted cabinet reshuffle has finally happened. A total of 22 ministers took oath today. Of them 7 were in the cabinet rank, two were MoS with independent charge and 13 others as MoS. Among those inducted , 15 of them are fresh faces. Also, Andhra Pradesh got the Lion's share, with five new faces and one elevated to the cabinet rank.
