The big story of the day. We're just hours away now from a new look union cabinet. The stage is set for a major revamp - seen as the UPA's next big effort to repair a battered image. India will get a new External Affairs Minister, several new faces are expected to be inducted and some young ministers are likely to be promoted. Ahead of the big reshuffle, seven ministers have already resigned, and President Pranab Mukherjee has accepted their resignations.
