NICE case: Probe ordered against Gowda, S M Krishna, BSY - NewsX

The Lokayukta court has ordered an investigation into the Karnataka expressway contract that was awarded to the Nandi Infrastructure Corridor Enterprises case in 1997. The alleged scam crosses party lines, involving many leaders including former Prime Minister H D Deve Gowda of the Janata Dal, External Affairs Minister S M Krishna and former Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa of the BJP. The Lokayukta Court has ordered an investigation against 27 people including all these leaders.
