A heartwarming story from Bharatpur in Rajasthan of a brave standing up to odds of poverty and medical challenges. It's the story of a motherless infant whose rickshaw puller father used to carry her around in a cloth sling around his neck as he put together a livelihood. The child is presently battling for life at a private hospital. Rickshaw puller Bablu's cries have been heard with the Rajasthan government and several NGOs stepping forward to help the infant who has been declared afflicted with septicemia. The Bharatpur district collector has also ordered an inquiry into the death of the girl's mother allegedly due to medical negligence. The girl is now to be sent to Jaipur for treatment.
