There is a complete twist on case of the youth killed in Bihar, the root cause for the protests and bandh in the state today. The 17-year old in question, Pankaj Kumar Jha surrendered to Delhi Police a short while back. Jha walked into the Mehrauli Police station in South Delhi and surrendered. Remember Prashant Jha's family had raised a furore, after a headless body was found claiming it to be his. But this twist comes after a day of violence across Bihar, virtually crippling the state. The impact has been near total, with frequent outbreaks of violence. Since early this morning, several long distance and passenger trains have been stopped in major cities in Bihar. Incidents of street violence, arson, attacks on private vehicles and more have been rampant across the state.
