Is the Govt again favouring a handful of telecom companies at the expense of others?? The latest recommendations of the EGoM on telecom look like they could cause a whole new telecom scam...because they could irrationally benefit a handful of incumbent telecom companies who have already gained huge benefits from previous Govts...while seemingly discriminating severely against all new telecom players. Not only that, the EGoMs recommendations could cause further losses of some 25,000 crore rupees to the exchequer...
