DU agrees to roll back FYUP, admissions from next week

The face-off between Delhi University and University Grants Commission over the four-year-undergraduate programme (FYUP) — which had held up this year's DU admissions — has finally ended with the university's administration conceding defeat.Vice-chancellor Dinesh Singh, who had kept a low profile in the past few days, on Friday issued a statement announcing that FYUP would be rolled back.
