Modi's cabinet to be extended on 4th July

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is expected to expand his Cabinet in the coming days to accommodate a technocrat at a significant position and include representatives from the left-out states and NDA allies.BJP sources claimed about 10 to 12 new ministers would be accommodated in the Cabinet expansion. "There will be more representation to Maharashtra and Bihar where polls are due in a few months as well as states like Bengal where the party is trying to make further inroads. Leaders from Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh may also get a chance," said a party leader.
