The nation will be bidding goodbye to lord Ganesha today. Various city administrations have made elaborate arrangements for the Immersion processions that will be taken out today. Mumbai has put in place some special arrangements for a smooth farewell for the elephant-headed deity today. The city will even have an Unmanned Vehicle in the sky to keep an eye on the huge crowds. Over 21000 policemen are taking up positions along the immersion routes. With various units of State Reserve Police Force also being called in to support the law-and-order efforts.
