Bihar: Cops abuse miscreant in Munger - NewsX

Once again the Bihar police is in the news for the wrong reasons. The visuals you see on your screen are from Kotwali police station area in Munger district. A miscreant was found armed with a pistol and cartridges and barely in a position to move after the mob had attacked him. The men in uniform pulled the already badly injured man by the hair and dragged him over a cycle rickshaw. Subsequently the policeman kept his feet over the unconscious man while taking him to the hospital.
