Even as Parliament continues to be in a logjam for the 12th straight day, in Madhya Pradesh, near the Indira Sagar and Omkareshwar Dam villagers are staging the ultimate act of protest. Nearly 130 villagers of Ghogalgaon have been protesting in neck-deep water demanding compensation for their land that has gotten submerged after the height of two dams was raised.
