Aamir Khan has become the third Indian actor who has made to the the cover of Time magazine. Thanks to his revolutionary show Satya mev jyete which made headlines in India by exploring socially relevant issues like female foeticide and medical malpractices. He is featured on the cover of Time with the caption Khan's Quest. The blurb says - He's breaking the Bollywood mould by tackling India's social evils. Can one actor change a nation? Prior to Aamir, Parveen Babi made to the cover in 1976, and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan also featured on it in 2003. Sachin Tendulkar was the last Indian celebrity to make it to the cover of the magazine.
