Once again a case rape has come to light in Kolkata. This after a complaint was lodged by a woman who has alleged that she was gangraped in the Chetla area of south Kolkata. According to the complaint filed by the victim a gang of men dragged into a car on the Chetla Bridge while she was returning from work on Saturday night. They supposedly took her to an apartment and two people raped her. Then in the wee hours of Sunday morning she was left at the same place. After which the woman went ahead and filed a complaint. The police have detained one person and are probing the matter. The victim's medical test has been conducted and her secret statement is being recorded.
