More controversy surfaced in the Geetika Sharma suicide case probe. The victim's family alleges that the FIR filed against Gopal Goyal Kanda, the prime accused is a watered down version. It allegedly does not contain the charge of abetment of suicide. Meanwhile, Gopal Kanda, the former Haryana Minister Kanda skipped Delhi Police's summons for questioning on Wednesday. He is still untraceable and has been declared an absconder. Delhi police have dispatched its six teams to nab Kanda. Kanda moved a Delhi court on Wednesday seeking anticipatory bail in the case. The plea came up for hearing this morning. The court has reserved the order till its next hearing at 4 pm this evening.
