Voting began in the last 41 remaining constituencies spread across 3 states including Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and West Bengal. 18 seats in UP, 6 in Bihar and 17 of the West Bengal will go to polls in the ninth and the last phase of the Lok Sabha Elections. BJP leader Murli Manohar Joshi reaches polling booth and cast his vote.
