Modi is being systematically and viciously maligned: Advani - NewsX

Senior BJP leader Lal Krishna Advani supported and praised Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday on his blog. Advani wrote that Modi's image was deliberately being maligned. Advan writes in his blog, "I have often felt that in India's political history no political leader has been as systematically and viciously maligned as Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Bhai Modi." The BJP leader also wrote that the NDA, which was in power in 2002, never opposed the former president APJ Abdul Kalam's visit to Gujarat after the riots.
