Apparently yielding to the demand by former chief minister BS Yeddyurappa and his supporters and also keeping in mind the fast-approaching Assembly polls, the BJP high command is said to have decided to change the "leadership in Karnataka". It is sending central observers to Bangalore to elicit views of MLAs and senior leaders. According to sources, BJP in-charge of Karnataka affairs Dharmendra Pradhan and BJP national organising secretary Satish will arrive here on June 28 to set the stage for leadership change. They will consult all stake-holders in the state BJP — Yeddyurappa, CM DV Sadananda Gowda, state BJP president KS Eshwarappa and other senior ministers.
