Sold tea but never sold the nation like Congress: Narendra Modi

Continuing his tirade against the Congress and the Gandhi family, BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi on Monday said that though he sold tea, he never sold the nation like the ruling UPA coalition government at the Centre.
Addressing a huge rally in Hardoi, the BJP leader said, "I sold tea but I am proud that I never sold the nation like the Congress-led UPA government at the Centre."
"Congress ne desh ki Gadi aise gehre khadde mein dala hai ki mujhe bahut log chahiye ise bahar nikalne ke liye, (Congress has put the nation in such a deep trench that I need support of more people to bring it out)," he added.
