Conspiracy or contract killing, those are among just two of the theories the Yerawada Jail authorities are investigating in the murder of Indian Mujahideen suspect Mohammad Qateel Siddiqui. Doubts are also being voiced about the jail authorities' claim that he was killed by two other jail inmates. Outrage is pouring against the murder of Siddiqui. Not just family members but also leading members of the community are condemning the role of the police and the ATS in the killing.
