The Supreme Court on Wednesday refused to shift Sahara chief Subrata Roy to house arrest.

Seeking release of Sahara Group chairman Subrata Roy, counsel Ram Jethmalani told the Supreme Court on Wednesday that the group is facing difficulty in raising money when Roy is in jail.
