One person, identified as Rajesh, has surrendered in court in the Gurgaon BMW hit-and-run case. Rajesh claims he was driving the BMW car at the time of the accident. Rajesh is a close relative of the owner of the BMW. Officials say his theory doesn't corroborate with the investigations so far. A pregnant woman and the driver of their car were killed as a BMW rammed into their vehicle in Gurgaon on May 5. The woman's husband was injured in the accident and was in the hospital.
