Even as Pranab Mukherjee's name gains ground as a possible consensus candidate for President another voice - of a tribal candidate for the post - has emerged. Tribal leaders belonging to all political parties will be meeting in New Delhi today and they are likely to put forward their demand for a Presidential nominee with a resolution to this effect. The move is spearheaded by NCP leader and former L S Speaker P A Sangma.
