Good News: Paraplegic Deepa Malik wins gold at Paralympics - NewsX

In our Good News segment today we celebrate the successes and the zest for life that out wheelchair bound champion Deepa Malik exhibits. The lady's spirit is simply indomitable to say the least. Whether it is the birthday celebrations of her daughter or life itself, Deepa Malik has not allowed her state of being paralysed from waist-below to affect her zest for life. She is just back from Kuala Lumpur where she won two gold medals in the Asian Paralympics Championships. The brave lady has half a dozen national and international records under her belt!
