Paternity row: SC orders ND Tiwari to undergo DNA test - NewsX

In a major setback to senior Congress leader, ND Tiwari, Supreme Court has rejected his plea against the HC order to give blood sample for DNA test in a paternity suit. Apex Court has rejected Tiwari's plea that he should not be forced to give his blood sample as this paternity suit is an attempt to malign him. Tiwari needs to undergo DNA test to ascertain 32-year-old Rohit Shekhar claim of being his biological son.
