Aarushi case: Court to pronounce order on Nupur Talwar's bail - NewsX

Nupur Talwar had to spend another night in Dasna jail as a Ghaziabad court reserved its order on her bail plea in the Aarushi-Hemraj double murder case. After hearing the arguments of the defence and the prosecution, the court reserved the order for Wednesday. Talwar's lawyer said that bail should be granted till the hearing of bail application was done. Besides, the CBI itself has said that it does not have enough evidence against her. The CBI, as expected, opposed the plea. Neither Nupur, nor her husband Rajesh Talwar, who is also accused in the case, was present in the court on Tuesday.
