Aarushi murder case: Nupur Talwar surrenders in CBI court-NewsX

Nupur Talwar has surrendered in the CBI court of Ghaziabad in the Aarushi-Hemraj double murder. She has immediately been taken into judicial custody. Whereas Nupur Talwar's lawyer has filed bail application in the court on which CBI will respond at 11.30 am. Nupur was directed by the Supreme Court to surrender today before the trial court in Ghaziabad, after it refused to stay the non-bailable warrant against her. The apex court had also turned down her plea for granting protection against any arrest on her surrender. The warrant against Nupur was issued for failing to appear before the court in Ghaziabad.
