J&K: Chidambaram to discuss AFSPA, security-related matters - NewsX

Home Minister P Chidambaram is on a visit to Jammu today... to discuss preparedness of state police and paramilitary forces ahead of a crucial summer that could see partial withdrawal of central troops from parts of the valley. Issues concerning AFSPA, including reducing footprints of paramilitary personnel from urban areas and removal of more CRPF bunkers from Srinagar will be discussed among other security-related matters during the review meeting.
