NewsX@9: SC order on RTE may create social divide in students-NewsX

NewsX@9 is a NewsX Special program which debates the main news event of the day. Today we discussed The Supreme Court has upheld the Right to Education Act, including the provision that 25% seats in all schools, government or private, have to be reserved for poor students. The order comes into effect immediately. But admissions till now are not affected. Here we debate today- Will the Supreme Court order on Right To Education create a social divide among students?
