India News: With its prices skyrocketing to an all-time high, onion is bringing more tears to the common man's eyes which has reported an increase of 245 per cent year on year.
Despite repeated assurances, Government has so far failed to curb down the soaring prices of this most essential commodity of Indian kitchen. Local markets in Delhi and NCR are selling onions at Rs 75-80 per kg.
