Pakistan president, Asif Ali Zardari, had a one on one with Prime Minister Manmohan Singh for over 30 minutes in Delhi. For Zardari, this was ostensibly a 'private' trip, a spiritual trip - to visit the dargah in Ajmer. But here's the politics and diplomacy that surrounded the visit. The Pakistani president on offering prayers to fulfill what he claims was a 'Mannat' left for Pakistan from Jaipur. But with his political future under a thick cloud it remains to be seen if his prayers will take effect in Islamabad. But as far as India is concerned will Zardari act against Hafiz Saeed and curtail militant groups from spreading terror in India.
