India News : Celebrations have begun outside the BJP offices as the Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Delhi. Modi will meet former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee at 7:30 pm. Meanwhile, ex-BJP chief Nitin Gadkari is meeting Rajnath Singh at the moment.
