Vijay Bahuguna : Uttarakhand chief minister Vijay Bahuguna today said preparations are in place for resumption of prayers at the Kedarnath shrine from September 11.Prayers at the shrine, suspended since June after floods ravaged the state, will begin at 7am. The temple committee will provide a list of 24 people to perform the puja. However, a decision on resuming the pilgrimage will only be taken after September 30.
