Vasundhara Raje meets Narendra Modi, invites him for Jaipur public meeting

Jaipur: State BJP president Vasundhara Raje on Tuesday formally invited Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi for the Jaipur public meeting on September 10.
This is the second time that Raje paid a visit to Modi with regard to the Jaipur meeting, which would mark the conclusion of the state party unit's Suraaj Sankalp Yatra. After the yatra commenced on April 4, 2013, Raje had gone to meet Modi on April 29. She had then briefed the Gujarat chief minister about the yatra, which was expected to end in July. However, a revision of dates led to the concluding session being pushed to September 10.
