Trivedi to present his first Railway Budget- NewsX

Even as the budget session is off to a stormy start, with parliament witness to scenes of disruption yesterday, Dinesh Trivedi will be presenting his first ever rail budget later today. TMC leader Trivedi is widely expected to present a populist budget, in-line with his predecessor Mamata Banerjee, who gave pragmatism a go by, as the Indian Railways continued to struggle in the red.
