Asia Cup: Team India leaves for Bangladesh- NewsX

After a disastrous tour of Australia, team India left for Bangladesh from Mumbai in the early hours today to take part in the four-nation 11th Asia Cup starting tomorrow. India opens their campaign against Sri Lanka on March 13 at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium. MS Dhoni will lead the team while Virat Kohli will be his deputy. India will lock horns with Pakistan on March 18, which will be the first meeting between the two sides since last March in the World Cup. India has won the Asia Cup five times including twice in Sri Lanka in the last two occasions. Each team will play each other once in the league stage. The two top teams will meet in the final on March 22.
