Shiromani Akali Dal-BJP combine has made history. In 46 years of history of Punjab, for the first time the incumbent government is set to return to power. A complacent Congress who was sure of victory, is out of contention. Punjab Chief Minister Prakash Singh Badal has told that the core committee will meet in the evening and he is happy that people of Punjab has given them clear majority. On the other side Captain Amrinder Singh has said 'I take full responsibility of the battle lost. We have to introspect, Siromani Akali Dal's propaganda on development succeeded. But where is development'.
