India News : New Delhi: Union Law and Justice Minister Kapil Sibal on Wednesday informed the Lok Sabha today that the government would be filing a review petition before the Supreme Court on its judgement of July 18, which ruled out reservations in super speciality posts in the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS).

Responding to the members in the Lok Sabha who were agitated over the judgement, Sibal said reservation in these types of posts is a Constitutional right which cannot be taken away.
