Indian parents Anurup and Sagarika Bhattacharya met their children held in Norway's welfare protective care yesterday. The emotional meeting lasted well over an hour. They held the toddlers, fed them and played with them. The Bhattacharya's are allowed to meet their children only once in three months. The two toddlers have been in the foster home since May last after the Norwegian authorities claim that they found them emotionally disconnected from their mother. Norway had agreed to hand over the children to their uncle following the intervention of President Pratibha Patil.
