The Delhi Police are now veering towards the 'foreign hand' theory behind the Israeli embassy car blast. Police believe there's less possibility of local outfits like the Hizbul Mujahideen or Indian Mujahideen being involved. Sources said that the experts are now piercing together a wider terror angle, however they are not ruling out minor role for local modules although their role could be limited to just giving shelter.
