Delhi Police has arrested Rajkumar, the taxi driver who handed over baby Falak to the 14-year-old teenager, while he was trying to leave Delhi. Rajkumar is the boyfriend of the 14-year-old girl who brought the battered two-year-old baby to the AIIMS trauma centre on January 18. A woman named Pratima has also been taken into custody.
