India News : High court refuses to interfere in Durga Shakti Nagpal's suspension

India News : Praising IAS officer Durga Sakthi Nagpal for crack down on illegal mining in Gautam Budh Nagar, the Lucknow bench of the Allahabad high court on Friday directed the state government to furnish a report on action taken to curb illegal mining in GB Nagar after Durga's suspension. The court, however, refused to interfere in the matter of her suspension on technical grounds. But it said Durga can approach the court or the state government against her suspension.
