Abu Salem brought to TADA Court for Mumbai blast hearing

1993 blast accused Abu Salem brought to Court to hear Salem's petition to end case against him. After the blow from the Portugal Supreme Court asking for the repatriation of underworld don Abu Salem, is another setback in store for the CBI. Abu Salem's application for dropping the 1993 Mumbai bomb blast case against him is to be taken up in the designated TADA court. According to the CBI source, Salem had actively participated in the transportation and distribution of sophisticated arms and ammunition, which were smuggled into India as part of the 1993 Mumbai blasts conspiracy.
