Rail gate scam case: Tape with CBI acts as evidence against Pawan Bansal

India News: The CBI might have given a clean chit to former Railway Minister Pawan Kumar Bansal but taped conversations do raise questions on his role in the railway bribery scam in which his nephew Vijay Singla has been charged by the CBI.
In one of the conversations between Mahesh Kumar, the railway board member (staff) who had allegedly agreed to pay Rs 10 crore to get the post of member (electrical) and Sandeep Goyal, a close associate of Singla, there is a mention of a meeting between Kumar and Bansal.
