General budget for 2012-13 likely to be delayed: Pranab

Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee said the general budget for 2012-13 is unlikely to be delayed due to forthcoming state elections.He said all assembly elections except Goa's will be over by then which will allow the govt to present its budget for next fiscal year.
