Swamy deposes as witness in 2G case

Janata Party leader, and petitoner in the 2G scam, Subramanian Swamy deposed as witness before the Special CBI court hearing the case today.The court had on Dec 8 allowed him to present 'fresh evidence' that he claims to have relating to the case. Swamy claims that he has documents to show that as per a 2003 cabinet decision, it was the HM who also had a role in fixing the 2G spectrum sale price. The court has granted him time to validate his evidence. Speaking after his appearance, he claimed the Home minister has committed fraud by claiming he had no role in the spectrum sale pricing.
