India News: Earthquake hits Himachal Pradesh

India News: Himachal Pradesh shaken by an earthquake at 11:20 last night. The Met department cited Kangda as the epicentre for the earthquakes. The earthquake is measured to be of almost 4.5 Richter scale. Also, the Met department warns Himachal Pradesh of heavy rainfall today.
