Shift OPD from basement: Noida CMO

Reacting to the tragedy at the AMRI hospital in Kolkata, the Noida Chief Medical Officer has issued notices to all hospitals to shift their OPDs from the basement to the ground floor and to ensure that their fire-fighting equipment is upgraded. Hospitals have been given 15 days time within which they have to comply.
