Uttarakhand: Temple at Manikarnika Ghat submerged into water

India News : In Uttarkashi region of Uttarakhand, Ganga once again starts playing with high tides. Manikarnika Ghat is totally submerged with water. The steps of ghat and a nearby worshipping place are partially submerged in water.
