India News : The Manmohan Singh's cabinet takes up decision for ordinance to the proposed food security on Wednesday.

But only cabinet can't pass the ordinance to make it law. Cabinet has to make all the allies agree, but Samajvadi Party is opposes it from so long.

According to sources, the cabinet considers to pass the ordinance or calling a special session of parliament to pass the National Food Security Bill, which is held up in parliament.
